How two-way channel sync works

AppleVision treats your PMS calendar as the source of truth. When you connect Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Vrbo, or Google Hotel Ads, we map each OTA listing to a room type and rate plan.

• Outbound: availability, rates, restrictions, and stop-sell flow to channels on a schedule (default every 5 minutes, configurable).
• Inbound: new OTA reservations create folios instantly and decrement inventory on every night of stay.
• Conflict handling: if an OTA booking arrives while you are editing the calendar, inventory locks prevent double allocation.

Guesty and Hostaway users often manage STR-heavy portfolios; AppleVision uses the same unified calendar model but adds hotel-style room-type inventory for hybrid operators.
